It’s hard to feel sad when this is so clearly the right thing for you. We knew you were awesome and now AllBright have found that too!

I’ll always be grateful for Step Up, the book and beyond. Co Work was everything during those long weeks/months of lockdown.

It would be great to think that this isn’t the end but the connections made, the friendships forged and the lessons learned together will live on. Thank you Alice xx

HELEN!!!!! I demand that I see you at AllBright pronto. I know you basically walk past it on your way home. When are you coming in to see me?! Your words mean so much. There are certain people in this special space that hold a special place, you are one of those people. Seeing your face most days during Covid always made me smile, and all the times afterwards, both online and in person too. This is not the end. I can't wait to see you very soon. X

Wishing you all the best for the future Alice. Thank you for everything that you've offered us through Step Up Club. Your wise words and Co-work meant a lot during lockdown as so many of us learned to work effectively from home. Looking forward to hearing your AllBright news on Linkedin 😊

Daling Katherine, I know this is not even close to the end. With a handful of others, you *are* Co•Work. We built something very special then, didn't we. I meant so much, it still does. All of those conversations, the support, the laugh, the amateur TV reviews. I cannot wait to see you very soon. Let me know when you're next in London. XX

Congratulations Alice on everything you have achieved over the past years 7 with Steo-Up club. You’ve been pivotal in helping me bring many work related changes into play, and although I’ve probably been the least visibly active member of Steo-Up club, I have hugely appreciated and gained from the female community you have brought together.

Making the decision you have feels congruent with everything Step-up is about. I am so pleased for you & looking forward to seeing updates on LinkedIn. Finally, a massive and vey heartfelt thank you.

Oh Emma, thank you for your kind words. All of those learning hours and Co•Works that we shared. That was time well spent, wasn't it?! Now, when am I going to see you at AllBright? You must come in for a coffee. Are you near W1 at all? I hope that you and your girls are all really well. X

Darling Sarah, I remember the first time we spoke, your discovery call. I was standing, squashed up at the top of a flight of stairs, I can't remember which office block I was in, but you were all the was over in Jakarta, and I was fascinated by your story, and the kindness in your voice. I loved every session we shared, all of it. This is not the end, especially as you are in the UK now. We must meet. Are you ever in London? I'd love to show you around AllBright, I know you'll love it. Email me. X

What a brave and courageous decision. And the thing is Alice, in order to thrive into that next step we have to leave other bits behind sometimes. Thank you for sharing with us that evolving and moving forward can look different to everyone. I always say that hyping ouselves isn't just about sharing the wins but bringing us on the journeu.

Thank you my darling Lucy, and I have watched how you have iterated, flexed your skills (had more babies), and come to rest, for the moment at least, right here, with your brilliant and still growing - I am deeply impressed - community. So richly deserved. I can't wait to keep our conversation going. When are you next in London town? You must come into AllBright. X

What a brilliant, brave and bold move. It can feel hard, stepping away from a business/an element of that business but here, you are modelling to us all the importance of narrowing the work focus when outside of work, there is still so much to do and think about. I’m inspired x
