Ok, so I am pretty spent this week. Work has gone bananas, and life, why is life so crazy in September? (Answers on a postcard, or in the comments). Anyway, my hard work, is going to pay off for you. Big time.
Ok, so LOL to seeing my face in an AllBright advert this week. Apologies for the bad quality, this is a screenshot I took, whilst choking in surprise on my phone the other night. Why am I sharing it here? Well, it isn’t to show off my modelling or image retrieval skills. Yes, both languish somewhere below average.
Rather, I am here to excitedly (and quickly) tell you that there are only 3 spaces left on our next Elevate programme, and if you decide to book one, AllBright is going to gift you £200 of food or private hire credit at our Townhouse. To be spent in one of the lush restaurants, like the one below (that’s definitely the majority of a boozy dinner with friends, no?).
Anyway, let’s talk Elevate. FYI as Step Up Club no longer offer learning programmes, this doesn’t feel like a conflict of interests. Also, if you join AllBright (learners all become Townhouse members too) and it’ll be coffees and co-working with Alice, if that tickles your fancy.
I know a few of you have already been in for tours, and it feels very exciting to be able to offer you a proper space now, albeit not one of my own. Still, bringing women together is the objective and our AllBright Townhouse is a special space in which to make that happen.
But back to Elevate, our high-impact senior leadership development programme, which is, despite the coffee invite, available both virtually and in-person (the £200 vouchers are only available for in-person learners). Designed for senior women who want more from their careers, Elevate is hosted in small cohorts of women across all sectors, industries and backgrounds.
Here are some of the reasons recent members have joined the Elevate programme:
They are ready to step into the next level of their leadership but they don’t know where to start
They are struggling to navigate organisational politics
They want to develop the agility, resilience and courage to tackle our volatile and uncertain working world
AllBright really is an industry leader, and our faculty of coaches are rigorously trained and deeply supportive. Despite the glorious interiors, AllBright feels relaxed and accessible. I have met so many wonderful members so far, all different, all brilliant, all looking for more and navigating challenges. You are not alone within our walls, it is a very special place to be.
Among women from many other well-known companies, Elevate has supported female leaders from Microsoft, Tapestry, British Airways, Monzo, Chelsea FC and HSBC. And I would love to support you too.
Built across four key learning pillars, Play Bigger, Lead with Impact, Become Your Brand and Harness Change, the Elevate programme is delivered across 4 key learning Masterclasses, as well as group and 1:1 coaching. This one-year programme really does change careers, and the women within them.
So, how do you get involved? Well, to start with, you can read more about Elevate here. Next, either get in touch with me directly (you can do this here in comments, in my LinkedIn DM - I’m slightly hesitant to give my email here, but I’m sure you can work it out). Or, contact my colleague Karisa, who is Head of Memberships, and knows all about this little gift situation. You just need to mention my name.
So yes, this week’s email is a plug. Not for me, I don’t profit. For you. I know how much some of you have leaned on, learned from and build your networks inside my Step Up programmes, this is all of that good stuff, just bigger, better, and potentially, with booze.
If you want to know more, put your name in the comments, and I will email you with more information.
